Shipping

Products usually ship 1-2 days after payment has cleared. For large items we ship via DPD using a next day delivery service (next day in island of Ireland only). Smaller items are posted via An Post registered post. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout time. Products shipped from our partner warehouse in Europe are shipped by DHL Road Express. This usually takes 5 working days for delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Original packing and all accessories and manuals must remain intact. Note that all products come with a manufacturer's warranty. You should contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair if a fault occurs after 30 days from delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please contact us at returns@saortv.com before returning any item. We will issue you with an RMA number that should be included with the returned item. SaorTV will not accept returns without an RMA number from Nov 1st 2009.

Privacy

We do not disclose customer information to third parties. We do not hold any credit card information. All sensitive information capture is protected through SSL encryption.

B-Grade Product

B-Grade products are generally returned items without faults but may have some minor flaws like damaged packaging or minor case scratches. Products are sold at discount on this basis. Full warranties as new apply.
